Until finally, I found a simple way to deal with Photoshop not being able to save files in jpg format, in a fairly easy way.

First -Open Adobe Photoshop on your computer or laptop, then select which image you want to edit and save in jpg, jpeg or png format
Second – Go to the File > Preferences > File Handling section
Third - Check the Enable Legacy Save As option then click on OK
After clicking the OK button, you will automatically be able to save files from Photoshop in many formats, including jpg, jpeg, png, and so on.
