The Composite Stock Price Index (IHSG) in today's trading is predicted to reverse towards strengthening from yesterday closing down minus 0.22 percent to a level of 6,681.

Analyst and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Yugen Bermbuhan Sekuritas William Surya Wijaya said, however, there were no strong factors to push the JCI in the medium term.

"The opportunity for JCI movement so far still looks like it will not move from the normal consolidation phase amidst the lack of sentiment," he said through his research.

Furthermore, William estimates that the JCI in today's trading will move in the range of 6,601 to 6,742.

As for what could be a driver for the JCI for the time being is the dividend distribution period.

"Meanwhile, dividend distribution periods from issuers are still the mainstay of JCI movement to date," he said.

Therefore, if there is a correction momentum, investors can still use it to make accumulated purchases.

"Today the JCI has the potential to strengthen," concluded William.
